WarmecoAbout Us
Our team started in 2009 with a simple idea: make facade installation straightforward.
Since then our team has installed more than 100,000 m² in five countries.
The idea is still the same.
Our approach to installation
We install glass and aluminium facades and manage facade projects for main contractors and developers.
Our work starts before we arrive on site. We look at the drawings, plan the sequence and make sure the installation works with the conditions on the ground.
The result is simple: the facade is installed as planned, and the next stage of the project can move forward.

Our services
How we work
Planned before we arrive
We agree on logistics, lifting, and sequencing before work starts. This eliminates surprises and ensures the installation fits the site from day one.
Our team throughout
The same team stays with the project from planning to handover. This ensures accountability and consistent quality.
Done properly
We focus on the details that keep the installation precise and clean, ensuring the next stage of your project can move forward without delay.
Only Quality Systems
Built for Nordic construction sites
We work to the quality and safety requirements of Estonian and Nordic construction sites. Our crews get fair pay and safe working conditions, and our clients get a partner they can rely on from planning to handover.

Irregularly shaped and curved glass facades were surrounded by a lightweight wall built from thermal elements on site. With no space around the building, installation was carried out from a hanging scaffold on the roof that had to be moved constantly to allow the work to progress. The project included 4,550 m² of glass facades and 2,500 m² of thermal profile walls, requiring careful planning and a highly flexible installation team.

Exceptionally deep façade units with external white louvres required carefully planned logistics, with only two units fitting on each transport rack. Units were craned to the floors and installed from within the building using a winch and a suspended-access outrigger. The work required precise coordination to meet a demanding programme and tight deadlines.
Service Type
Unitised façades and curtain walling

The upper floors were covered with custom brackets designed specifically to accommodate concrete tolerances. Because the silk-screened glass formed the architect’s pattern and several different prints were used, each pane had to be installed in exactly the right position. This required close coordination between the custom bracket design and the installation team so that the pattern and structure came together as intended.
Service Type
Point-fixed facade over concrete wall, standard facades, doors, windows
