Building I, Telliskivi Creative City
During the renovation of the old limestone building, irregularly shaped windows had to be installed into the existing limestone, which required extreme care and precision. The unevenness of the limestone and the historic structure meant that each opening had to be treated individually to ensure both tightness and visual fit. It was a project where new technical solutions had to blend with the historic building stock.

Building G, Telliskivi Creative City
The facade solution for the new building had to fit the Telliskivi Creative City environment while still providing a modern technical solution. Building the lightweight walls from thermal profiles and installing the facades required careful planning so that materials and structures would suit the existing surroundings. Door installation was part of the overall solution linking the building’s functionality and external appearance.

Novotel Tallinn
Installation of factory-glazed windows and curtain walling for Novotel Tallinn using a tower crane. Factory glazing reduced work at height and supported an efficient installation sequence. With no direct view of most installation positions, the crane operator relied entirely on radio guidance from our team to position the units precisely.
Service Type

Kvartal 2, Tartu
Two new floors were added to the building, and the facade elements had to be installed from the roof with a tower crane because there was no space around the building. Scaffolding was set up on the roof, and installation was carried out from the roof using the tower crane, including finishing works from a basket suspended from the crane jib. The elements were very large and heavy, and because the concrete tolerances exceeded what the welded brackets could accommodate, compensating solutions had to be found on site.

Malmerk Fassaadid
Hiiuma SPA, Õngu
Bespoke glazing installation for Eha Retreat on Hiiumaa, with individual solutions tailored to the building’s unique architecture. Glazing the large motorised sliding doors required carefully manoeuvring 600 kg panes through openings beneath an overhanging roof edge. The internal atrium’s glass walls presented a further installation challenge, requiring precise handling and positioning within the building.

Golden Gate, Tallinn
Irregularly shaped and curved glass facades were surrounded by a lightweight wall built from thermal elements on site. With no space around the building, installation was carried out from a hanging scaffold on the roof that had to be moved constantly to allow the work to progress. The project included 4,550 m² of glass facades and 2,500 m² of thermal profile walls, requiring careful planning and a highly flexible installation team.

Glass facades, on-site construction of external walls from thermal elements

Lindborg & Söner AB
Sveflow, Rosersberg
The installation of large aluminium facades for an industrial-type facility required accurate surveying and assembly. The project was carried out by the family-owned company Lindborg & Söner in Rosersberg, about 30 km north-west of Stockholm. The facade had to deliver both functionality and a finish suited to the building’s production use.

Skanska AB
Snäckan 8, Stockholm
Located in central Stockholm, the building required coordination of many different products and solutions, including parapet construction and element facades. Glazing the internal atrium facades was particularly complex, as the post-and-rail system had to fit both the architecture and the technical constraints. It was a project where scale and a high level of detail went hand in hand.

Element facade, internal atrium facades on post-and-rail system, internal doors

Ahtri 4, Tallinn
Precisely planned packing, clear labelling and delivery in installation order enabled rapid frame installation using a truck-mounted crane. Each pack presented the next frame in sequence, ready to be lifted directly into position. The scope also included a complex glass roof, bespoke glass lift-shaft walls and the installation of suspended-access tracks.

Exceptionally deep façade units with external white louvres required carefully planned logistics, with only two units fitting on each transport rack. Units were craned to the floors and installed from within the building using a winch and a suspended-access outrigger. The work required precise coordination to meet a demanding programme and tight deadlines.

The facade brackets landed in stair flights and foundations, so the design had to avoid the stair-flight reinforcement entirely. Bracket positions were set with high precision so the fixing points stayed clear of the rebar.

The project combined fire-rated opaque sections with capless curtain walling installed on a steel support structure. Our scope also included rail installation and tower-crane glazing. Limited visibility on three sides of the building required close coordination between the crane operator and our installation team.

Opel Centre, Peetri
The panes were exceptionally heavy – over 650 kg each – and the SG solution required precise handling. With no access at the rear of the building, the glass had to be installed from inside through a roof opening. That made logistics and lifting unusually demanding, as every pane had to be moved through a controlled and confined space.
Service Type
Large curtain walls with SG solution, glass weight 650+ kg

Fira Oy

The upper floors were covered with custom brackets designed specifically to accommodate concrete tolerances. Because the silk-screened glass formed the architect’s pattern and several different prints were used, each pane had to be installed in exactly the right position. This required close coordination between the custom bracket design and the installation team so that the pattern and structure came together as intended.
Service Type
Point-fixed facade over concrete wall, standard facades, doors, windows
